Accessibility Statement

Everyone should be able to use this website and take part in our programs. Last updated August 2026.

Our commitment

Direction3021 aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 at Level AA. We build pages with semantic headings, labeled form fields, visible keyboard focus, descriptive link text, alternative text on meaningful images, and color combinations chosen for readable contrast.

Third-party tools

Scheduling runs through our booking calendar, payment runs through Square, and live chat runs through our chat provider. We do not control the accessibility of those tools. If either one creates a barrier for you, call or email us and we will book your session or answer your question directly.

In-person and virtual programs

Tell us what you need and we will work with you: large-print handouts, extra processing time, a quiet space, a support person in the room, or a virtual seat instead of an in-person one. Requests made at least one week before a workshop are easiest to accommodate.

Tell us where we fall short

If any page, document, or program is hard for you to use, email Johnathan@Direction3021.org or call 919-495-0465 and describe the problem. We respond within two business days. You can also use our contact form.
