Workplace WRAP workshop.
A two-day wellness education experience for employers, HR teams, leadership groups, healthcare and behavioral health staff, nonprofits, agencies, and small businesses. This workshop is not therapy, employee counseling, crisis treatment, or a substitute for clinical services.

The problem
What this workshop addresses.
- Burnout that shows up as turnover before anyone calls it burnout
- Absenteeism and presenteeism nobody can explain on a spreadsheet
- Managers who want to help but have no language and no boundaries
- Stress that gets handled privately until it becomes a crisis publicly
- Wellness benefits that exist on paper and go unused in practice
What participants learn
Skills people can use the next morning.
- How to build a personal Wellness Toolbox that fits a real work schedule
- How to name stressors and triggers before they compound
- How to recognize early warning signs in yourself and in a coworker
- How to build a daily maintenance plan that survives a busy week
- How to use the Triangle Method: emotion, thought, behavior, direction
- How to ask for and offer peer support without playing therapist
- When and how to point someone toward professional or crisis resources
Length
Two full days
9 AM to 5 PM each day. Multi-shift delivery can be arranged for operations that cannot stop.
