Terms of Service

Direction3021 LLC is a life navigation and wellness company. We provide non-clinical peer support, wellness education, WRAP planning, coaching, group facilitation, and organizational workshops. Direction3021 is a limited liability company, not a nonprofit, and is not a licensed medical, mental health, legal, or financial services provider.

Our services are not therapy, clinical counseling, psychiatric treatment, diagnosis, or crisis intervention. They are not legal advice, tax advice, credit repair, lending, or investment advice. If you are in crisis, call or text 988, or call 911 for an emergency.

Progress depends on many factors outside our control. Direction3021 does not guarantee recovery, mental health outcomes, employment, credit improvement, loan approval, financial results, youth outcomes, or organizational results. We describe what a program includes, not what it will produce for any individual.

Sessions and program seats are booked through our online scheduling system, and payments are processed by Square. Payment terms, deposits, and any balance due are shown at the time of booking or in your program agreement. Please give at least twenty-four hours notice to reschedule a session. Organizational workshops are governed by the written proposal or agreement for that engagement, which controls if anything here conflicts with it.

You agree to give accurate information, to attend the sessions you book, and to treat other participants in group settings with respect. Program materials are for your personal use and may not be resold or delivered as your own training without written permission.

The Triangle Method™ and Direction3021 Teen Takeover™, along with the written materials, worksheets, and curricula on this site, belong to Direction3021 LLC. WRAP, the Wellness Recovery Action Plan, was developed by Mary Ellen Copeland and is used in accordance with its own guidelines and attribution.

To the fullest extent allowed by North Carolina law, Direction3021 LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
