Here is how your organization works with us.
Direction3021 partners with workplaces, churches, schools, agencies, and community organizations to deliver nonclinical wellness education and WRAP workshops on site. Every engagement starts with a 30-minute consultation and ends with a written proposal before you commit to anything. Not therapy. Not a lecture.

The organizational path
Five steps from first call to follow-up.
Working with Direction3021 is a straightforward process. You will know the scope, the schedule, and the cost in writing before you commit.
- 01
30-Minute Organizational Consultation
A short conversation about your people, your goals, your timeline, and what you are actually trying to solve.
- 02
Written Proposal
You receive a written proposal covering scope, group size, schedule, and cost before any commitment is made.
- 03
Agreement & Scheduling
Once the proposal is approved, we sign an agreement and lock dates that work around your operations.
- 04
Program / Workshop Delivery
Direction3021 facilitates the workshop or program for your group. Nonclinical, practical, and built to be used the next day.
- 05
Follow-Up & Next Steps
We review how it landed with your team and discuss whether additional sessions, cohorts, or ongoing support make sense.

Who this is for

A hospital unit, a church fellowship hall, a warehouse floor, and a barbershop do not need the same workshop delivered the same way. Find where you fit.
Employers, HR teams, and executives
Burnout, turnover, absenteeism, and people who will not say anything until they are already gone.
