Cancellation & Rescheduling

Consultations are free. Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance so the time can be offered to someone else. If you miss a consultation without notice, you are welcome to book again.

Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your session at no charge. Cancellations inside 24 hours, and no-shows, are charged the full session rate. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may end the session, and the session is still charged.

Sessions purchased in a package remain valid for six months from the purchase date. Packages are non-transferable.

Individual seats in a workshop or program may be cancelled for a full refund up to 14 days before the start date. Between 14 and 7 days, 50 percent is refundable. Inside 7 days, and after the program begins, fees are non-refundable, but your seat may be transferred to a future cohort once, subject to availability.

Workplace WRAP, Faith-Based WRAP, and Teen Takeover™ engagements are scheduled by contract. Deposits reserve your dates and are non-refundable. Rescheduling with more than 30 days notice is accommodated once at no charge. Cancellations inside 30 days are invoiced at 50 percent of the contracted amount, and cancellations inside 7 days are invoiced in full. Travel and venue costs already incurred are billed as spent.

If Direction3021 cancels a session, workshop, or cohort date, you may reschedule at no cost or receive a full refund of amounts paid for the cancelled service.

We understand that life happens. Contact us as early as you can and we will work with you in good faith on rescheduling. Repeated late cancellations may require prepayment for future sessions.

Use the reschedule or cancel link in your booking confirmation email, or reach us through the contact page. Cancellation notice is effective when we receive it.
