Why this program exists

Every kind of teenager has potential worth building.

The athlete, the artist, the gamer, the quiet one, the loud one, the teen working a job after school, the one headed to college, the one headed to a trade. No style of teenager is the problem. Teen Takeover gives all of them the same thing: one practical tool a week, taught the same way, until it becomes part of how they move through their own life.

What they leave with

A Wellness Toolbox that goes home with them.

01

Box Breathing

A steady four count breath to use the moment things start to feel like too much.

02

Name It to Tame It

Naming a feeling specifically turns down its intensity. A real skill, not a saying.

03

Catch, Check, Change

Catch an automatic thought, check whether it is true, change it to something accurate.

04

The Pause Button

A physical cue that buys three seconds before a rushed decision.

05

The Boundary Script

I feel ___ when ___. I need ___ going forward. One line, every relationship.

06

Screen Time Check In

A daily honest check on how a scroll actually left them feeling.

Built with care

Safety was not a chapter we added. It is where we started.

Before a single lesson was written, we built a full facilitator safeguarding and crisis protocol: risk recognition, mandated reporting guidance, and a same day incident process. Teen Takeover is a non clinical youth development program. It is not therapy, counseling, diagnosis, or crisis intervention.

Evaluation

Measured, then published. In that order.

Every cohort is set up to collect the measures below. We do not publish statistics until a full cohort completes the program and the data is verified.

Bring it to your organization

Three ways to license Teen Takeover.

Single Site License

Multi Site License

For districts, multi campus organizations, or regional nonprofits delivering across several locations under one agreement.

Train the Trainer

Train your own internal facilitators directly, reducing ongoing dependency on outside delivery.
