We collect only the information you choose to give us through our forms: your name, email address, phone number, organization name when it applies, the program you are interested in, and any message you write. Our website also uses standard analytics and a live chat widget, which record basic technical information such as pages viewed and browser type.

We use your information to respond to you, deliver the resource or guide you requested, schedule sessions, and send occasional updates about Direction3021 programs. Contact details are stored in our customer relationship system so your history stays in one place.

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that make this website work: our website and database host, our email delivery provider, our customer relationship platform, and Square for payment processing. Each provider is bound to use the information only to provide those services.

Conversations with a Direction3021 peer support specialist or coach are treated as private. Direction3021 is not a licensed clinical provider, so these conversations are not protected health information under HIPAA. We may need to act if someone describes an immediate risk of harm to themselves or another person.

You can unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom of the message. You can ask us to correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing Johnathan@Direction3021.org. We respond to these requests within thirty days.

Direction3021 Teen Takeover™ is delivered through schools, churches, and community organizations. Youth participants are enrolled by a parent, guardian, or sponsoring organization. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children through this website.
